Players with a bit of character and colour will not be chosen for the national side. Not for football reasons but because they might be difficult to manage. Any player that speaks up will be removed as the coach has very weak man management skills as good managers manage through conviction not terror or threats. Hence no leaders left in the National Team. Good luck to Malta they need it.
