 The game was watched by a very large crowd at the Victor Tedesco Stadium and it turned out to be a very exciting game which plaesed the crowd present.  
 St Andrew will now paly in the Knock Out Qurter Final against Paoal H while Pembroke will face Valletta.
 Pembroke forged ahead in the fourth minute of added time in the first period when Matthew Farrugia was fouled outside the area and after the free kick by Brandon Bugeja, Luke Mercieca scored with a header from inside the area past St Andrew keeper Jake Galea, and a minute later they were reduced to ten men as Roderick Caruana was shown a straight red card for kicking an opponent.
 In the 22nd minute of the second half St Andrew equalised as Luke Gialanze scored with a header from inside the area after a cross from the left flank by Ryan Sammut.
 As the game ended 1-1 after the normal time extra time had to be played.
 In the 95th minute St Andrew scored a second goal when after a flag kick by Daniel Camilleri, Roderick Caruana netted with a header past Pembroke keeper Albert Galea, and a minute before the end of extra time St Andrew made it 3-1 as  Kyrian Nwoko was served with a long through ball outside the area and after out-speeding two opponents he entered the area and scored with a low drive.
After the game Youth FA Official Mr Francis Zammit presented the Trophy to St Andrew captain Jake Galea.

 Section B Winners San Gwann gave Pieta H a good run for their money as they offered stiff opposition throughout the whole game and also during extra time.
 Pieta opened the score in the 17th minute when James Scicluna served Jean Borg with a cross from the right flank and as he was unmarked in the area he scored with a header past San Gwann keeper Andreas Vella.
 San Gwann equalised five minutes after the restart when Alessio Magro was fouled outside the area and after Jan Tanti floated a high ball in the area from the free kick Magro scored with a header past Pieta keeper Jacob Chircop St John.
 In the first minute of extra time Pieta scored the winner as Matthias Lunetti scored with a rising shot from outside the area after beating a defender.

 Section C 3 Winners Kirkop proved to be a hard nut to crack as they fought for every ball and they also showed never-say-die spirit throughout the whole 70 minutes. Sliema , on their part created many occasions but they wasted many easy scoring chances.
 In the 55th minute Sliema were reduced to ten men as Tristan Stivala was shown the red card after a second bookable offence and he will miss the Final.
 The all-important goal was scored in the 57th minute when after a flag kick by Joseph Vella, Kurt Shaw scored with a header from inside the area past Kirkop keeper Jean C Spiteri.
