Maltese former international midfielder Udo Nwoko is back in Malta and currently training with Hibernians with a view to agree to a deal with the F.A. Trophy winners.

The Nigerian born player was on the books of Welsh side Neath and was released at the end of last season.

Sportinmalta.com made contact with Hibernians coach Michael Woods, who confirmed that the 28 year old is training at the Corradino Stadium and he’s assisting with the fitness of the midfielder ‘‘At the moment I‘m assisting Udo Nwoko with his fitness as he suffered an ankle injury last season, but if things go well he will be an important addition to our squad’’.
