This is the first time that the two age-groups have had a K.O. Competition organised and is in line with policy of the A.S.A. Junior Waterpolo Committee to keep the junior waterpolo players active throughout the year and November will see the start of the Under-15 and Under-17 Winter Leagues as well as various competitions for the Under-13s and Under-11s.

This shows how media in Malta is still poor. The editor of this text clearly has one sided the club and is extremely desperate to fall on the catagory of the Sliema Youths, as their highest achievement this year.
To make things clear Sliema Asc were the club to win a footnote to what the real thing is, which is the ‘League title’ and ‘presidents cup’ which Neptunes won 2 yrs in a row. And when it comes to youths, Neptunes had one the under 14 and 16 league. We dont see sliema getting any of these so please, Before putting Sliema Asc on a Pedestal, think abit and reflect on what really happened.
