Although the recently established FMA Futsal Malta Association has only a temporary recognition within the MFA it is almost certain that it will get full recognition in the next MFA AGM in March of next year.

The MFA CEO Bjorn Vassallo said that the FMA will, by January of next year, forward with their draft proposals and projects to come in force as from next season.

Vassallo remarked that it is time for the MFA to help this association to reform the local Futsal game that has expanded drastically in the last decade. He added that the much needed reform will also incorporate member Clubs.

Present for Wednesdays MFA council meeting was Alex Falzon the newly appointed FMA Secretary. The President of the FMA is Donald Spiteri is an MFA executive member.
