Positive results for Maltese shooters in Italy

The Maltese shooters competing in Italy yesterday stood on the top places of the podium. This was a competition organized at Umbria Verde shooting ranges at Todi in collaboration between The Malta Shooting Sport Federation and FITAV.

Emmanuel Grima made a perfect comeback to shooting sport with a perfect three straights of 25/25 and another straight in the barrage finals for a total of 100/100.
Micheal Bugeja only missed one clay for 74/75+25/25 for a total of 99/100 to place 2nd overall.
Eugenio Azzoppardi managed 74/75 +24/25 for 98/100 to place 3rd.
Keith Cauchi placed 4th with 74+22=96/100
Marini Laura placed 5th with 74+21=95/100
Borg Salvatore placed 6th with 74+21=95/100

Twenty two Maltese shooters are taking part in this shooting tournament and the are being assisted by MSSF coach Jimmy Bugeja and MSSF Secretary general Dr.Carmel Cascun. The Team event will be organized on Sunday morning.
