Gladiators Night to take place on the 8th March

On March 8th Gladiators Promotions will present the next edition of Gladiators Night at the Dolmen Hotel with Kickboxing, K1 and Boxing matches.

The “Fight Card” will include a total of 12 matches in different categories and levels. Among them will be three professional, 8 semi-professional and one Boxing match. For this edition there will be matches between local and foreign athletes as well and those between Maltese clubs. The foreign athletes will be from Algeria, France and England.

The professional matches will be those of Daniel “the Jet ” Zahra with an Algerian, Ruth Tanti will face a French opponent and Brandon Borg will face a British athlete. These matches will be with K1 rules with gloves only. Dareen Borg will have a semi professional Boxing match with a Boxer from England. Kyle Blenes will contend with an athlete from England in K1. The other matches will be all of Kickboxing between Maltese athletes with full protection.

The most expected match is the “rematch” between Brandon Spiteri and Chris Schembri and it will be with gloves only. This will be to their third faceoff where Spiteri won the first encounter with a KO after four seconds and in the second Schembri won with points. The competing Maltese clubs are Ying Yang Team Noel Kickboxing, The Art of Fighting, Wu Shu Ky, Malta Thai Boxing, Storm Kickboxing, New Kickboxing , Basement Kickboxing, Fight Club, and Team Zahra.
