Sirens Aquatic Sports Club has signed an agreement with Greentube, which will see the Remote Gaming Company become the official sponsor of the Club.

John Farrugia, Sirens ASC Vice President, commented on the Greentube partnership: “We are delighted to welcome Greentube on board as the main sponsor of the Club. In recent years we have invested heavily in our youth sector to become once again competitive at the highest level of local waterpolo and also now boast the largest swimming club in Malta. During our discussions with Greentube it was clear that they were a company we could work with. We believe there are common values we share particularly in the development of youth and sports and we look forward to working closely with Greentube over the next year.”

Dr. Trevor Degiorgio, Managing Director of Greentube in Malta detailed that “the sponsorship agreement will allow Greentube, the global interactive business unit of NOVOMATIC, to raise its profile in Malta”. Greentube, is the leading full-service provider in the online and mobile gaming sector and a pioneer in the development and provision of state-of-the-art gaming solutions. Through the various entities established in Malta, the Greentube brand has acquired a name for itself within the industry. Its constant growth led the group to invest further in its Malta offices and its employees. Dr. Trevor Degiorgio further noted that “one of our key employees, ex-national team player John Brownrigg, has this year joined Sirens ASC. This partnership illustrates our social commitment to our employees and the promotion of youth in sport, which are values Sirens ASC promotes’’. Moreover, Greentube is passionate about sports in one’s personal lives and supporting such sponsorships is vital to maintain good levels of sport in Malta.

Sirens ASC ambitious policy is now showing results and the Club is currently competing for the 2nd place in the Premier Division Waterpolo league and has just placed first in the Malta National Swimming championship.
