Justin Grioli and Steve Bezzina has sealed a move to Balzan FC on a three year deal.

Both former Valletta wing backs Grioli and Bezzina, already attended the first players meeting after joining from Tarxien Rainbows and Mosta respectively.

The pair, along with fellow new signings, will be officially unveiled to the media soon.

Balzan are also on the verge to signing Albanian striker Erjon Beu from Attard as he also attended yesterday’s players meeting.

Balzan this year under the guidance of Italian Riccardo Tumiatti and Silvan Ciscaldi completed the signings of Andrew Scicluna and Godwin McKay from Birkirkara and hard working midfielder Luke Sciberras from Qormi.

The former youths also secured the services of Gianluca Calabretta from Hamrun Spartans as he agreed on a two year deal.

Balzan who finish in disapointing 9th last season only confirmed goalkeeper Dani Miguelez, Dylan Grima, striker Ryan Darmanin, Firas Aboulezz and former captain Aaron Agius as veteran players such as Stefan Giglio, goalkeeper Matthew Camilleri and Jamie Pace was released after their contract was expired.

Balzan also confirmed their foreigners for next season as Jose Luis Armano Negrin joined from Melita, while also agree deals with Italian veteran striker Fabio Vignaroli and Norwegian midfielder Kai Risholt.
