National and Age Group Records achieved at International Competitions

The ASA National Swimming Squad, under the guidance of Artem Goncharenko, has recently
participated in two international swimming competitions and the following swimmers
achieved national and age group records as detailed hereunder:-

FINA World Swimming Short Course Championships, Windsor, Canada
3 – 11 December 2016
National Short Course Record:-
Matthew Galea 200m Freestyle 1:52.98
(Previous record 1:53.01 also held by Matthew Galea – October 2016)

Maribor International Swim Meet, Slovenia
17 – 18 December 2016
Age Group C Record:-
Timothy Hansford 200m Breast stroke 2:37.95
(Previous record 2:38.58 Neil Muscat – February 2013)

During this meet, the following swimmers obtained the following age-group medals:-
