Motorsport: Giordimaina and Borg finish first in Hungary

The team of Simon Girodmaina and Franklyn Borg qualified first amongst fifteen motorcycle for races taking place tomorrow in Hungary. This is the first meet organised by FIM the  International Federation of Motorcycling at the race track of Kunmadaras motorsport. Franklyn drove the quarter mile on Suzuki Hyabusa in record time of 7.04 seconds at a maximum speed of two hundred and six miles per hour. The Suzuki was prepared and tuned by Simon Giordmaina himself, in fact apart from breaking records Simon is making a name for himself as a tuner for this type of motorcycles.

Besides the fact that the Maltese team ended the qualifyings today in first place they also broke the absolute record of race track of Kunmadaras. The next commitment for Giordmaina and Borg is for the first round of the European Championship at Santa Pod between Friday 26th and Monday 29th of May. The team has the support of BILOM Tiles & Decor, LOGI Express Group, Imports Performance Center, Route 21 Racing Leather suits and MycroGraphics.
