Mediterranean games more updates

Two athletes were in actıon today ın Mersın, Turkey, for the 17th edition of the Mediterranean Games.
Brıan Galea shot another 50 clays in 2 rounds in Olympic trap at the Erdemli Shootıng Range, scoring 24 and 23, thus acheiving a final score of 119, which places him ın joint 12th position.

Andrew Chetcuti was in action again today at the Mersin Olympic pool. He swam the 50m butterfly with a time of 24.72s and placed 4th in his heat. This was a new personal best for Andrew and with this time he has qualified for the 15th FINA World Championships to be held in Barcelona ın July and August 2013.

Tomorrow we will see the start of the Raffa Doubles event with athletes Davıd Farrugıa and Stefan Farrugıa competıng together. The Maltese team has been drawn in the same group as Italy, Serbia, Libya and Algeria.
