The MFA will soon announce the persons who will form part of the Communications office of the MFA this site has learnt. One of the new faces to be introduced will be Mark Attard, who over the past years has been a regular contributor and reporter for the Media today newspapers Illum and Malta Today. Mark Attard has been offered the post of MFA’s TV programme coordinator by the new MFA President Norman Darmanin Demajo who will most probably officially communicate this decision  in today’s MFA Council meeting.

Mark Attard has been instrumental in the build up campaign for the MFA President’s election by publishing a series of scoop stories on the Sunday newspaper Illum most of them criticising Joe Mifsud’s tactics and administration at the time when he was President.

We at would like to wish the best of luck to Mark Attard for this new role at the MFA. It is not yet known if the former Head of Communications Mark Muscat will be offered a new or different role within the MFA.

At long last ,not the same faces, year after year, with new views and attitude, maybe more professionally in their work .The Football-Family deserves better than some of the past guard..Hope that this trend will continue by bringing other intelligent new faces that are available, and resting some of the ones that made their post look PERPETUAL…by hook or by crook …We need FRESH-AIR..

    Well Done

  7. roderick borg says:

its good to see that there will be new young blood at the MFA, but we cannot get rid of the other valid people , just because they worked under a different administration, Mark Muscat is surely one of the Valid ones that should have an important role in the MFA.
