Maltese referees officiate in the Top Division Of Professional Football in Georgia

Clayton Pisani and Philip Farrugia to officiate in the Top Division Of Professional Football in Georgia

The Malta FA Refereeing Department announces that as part of the referee exchange agreement with the Georgian Football Federation, a team of Maltese officials shall be controlling two matches in the top division of professional football in Georgia at the end of this week, as follows:

-Saturday 21st November 2015

FIFA Referee CLAYTON PISANI, shall be in charge of the Spartaki Tskhinvali (4th place with 22 points) vs Sioni Bolnisi (2nd place with 26 points) at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium.  The match kicks-off at 14:00 hours.

-Sunday 22nd November 2015

 

Elite Referee PHILIP FARRUGIA shall be in charge of the Dinamo Tbilisi (1st place with 28 points) vs FC Samtredia (5th place with 19 points) at the Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena (venue for the 2015 UEFA Super Cup Final between Barcelona and Seville).  The match kicks-off at 16:00 hours.

Clayton Pisani and Philip Farrugia shall alternate their roles as referee / 4th official; while FIFA Assistant Referee Jurgen Spiteri and Elite Assistant Referee Martin Borg will be the other members of the refereeing team.

UEFA Referee Observers Jorn West Larsen (Denmark) and Levan Paniashvili (Georgia) will be at both matches.
