Wara s-suċċess tas-Summer Camp 2015, fejn madwar ħamsin tifel u tifla attendew tmien ġimgħat ta’ taħriġ, il-Malta Futsal School tinsab ippreparata biex tibda s-sitt staġun tagħha sa minn meta nfetħet f’Settembru tal-2010.

Din l-iskola hija miftuħa għas-subien u l-bniet ta’ bejn ħamsa u erbatax-il sena. Is-sessjonijiet ta’ taħriġ isiru nhar ta’ Erbgħa u Ġimgħa fil-kulleġġ ta’ San Alwiġi f’Birkirkara u dawn se jibdew nhar il-Ġimgħa 2 ta’ Ottubru 2015. It-taħriġ isir minn coaches ikkwalifikati fil-futsal u fit-taħriġ tat-tfal. Din l-iskola toffri l-opportunità lit-tfal biex jitgħallmu iżjed dwar dan l-isports, li kull ma jmur dejjem qed jikber f’pajjiżna, u fl-istess ħin tingħatalhom l-għajnuna meħtieġa biex ikomplu jsaħħu l-bażi fundamentali li jkollu bżonn player tal-football.

X’inhu l-Futsal?

Il-futsal hija logħba eċitanti, milgħuba b’ritmu mgħaġġel f’pitch ġewwa u li hu iżgħar minn tal-football. Din il-logħba tintlagħab minn eluf ta’ adulti, żgħażagħ u tfal madwar id-dinja. Għalkemm il-futsal huwa sport kemmxejn differenti mill-football, m’għandniex narawhom bħala żewġ tipi ta’ sports li jikkompetu ma’ xulxin. Iżda għandna nħarsu lejn il-futsal bħala s-sapport meħtieġ biex il-players jiżviluppaw it-talenti tagħhom kemm għal din il-logħba u kif ukoll għal-logħba tal-football.

X’se jieħdu t-tfal minn din il-logħba?

Il-futsal se jgħin lill-players t’għada biex itejbu l-aġilità, il-veloċità u apparti minn hekk ikunu iktar b’saħħithom. Din il-logħba tnissel fil-players żgħar il-kunfidenza meħtieġa u fl-istess ħin tagħtihom aktar opportunitajiet biex jipprattikaw passing, dribbling, il-mod ta’ kif jixxutjaw u kif jikkontrollaw il-ballun meta jkunu taħt pressjoni. Dan kollu jiġi mgħallem fil-Malta Futsal School.

Malta Futsal School enters into 6th Season since it’s opening in September 2010

Following a very successful ‘Summer Camp 2015’, where around 50 children enjoyed 8 weeks of training and fun, the Malta Futsal School will be entering season number 6 since opening in September 2010.

The School, which is open for all boys and girls aged between 5 and 14 years, holds sessions every Wednesday and Friday at St. Aloysius College in Birkirkara starting from Friday the 2nd of October 2015. Training is conducted by specialised youth and Futsal coaches. Benefiting from the ever growing interest in this sport locally, the school offers an opportunity for kids to learn more about this sport whilst giving them specialised training to develop the overall fundamentals of a football player.

What is Futsal?

Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced small sided football game that is played by indoors by thousands of adults and children across the world. Whilst it is a sport in its own right, Futsal does not compete with football but serves to support it by developing skills that will make children better players, both on the football pitch and the futsal court.

The benefits of Futsal for young players

Futsal encourages young players become more agile, faster, and stronger. It also helps youngsters become more comfortable with the ball and give them lots of opportunities to practice passing, dribbling, turning, shooting and ball control whilst under pressure. All this is practiced at the Malta Futsal School.
