James Galea Jr wins Sirap Trap Selection Shoot

Promising Junior Trap shooter James Galea was in top form this weekend when he won The Sirap Trap Selection Shoot, organized by The Malta

Shooting Sport Federation at Bidnija.
            On Saturday James Galea Jr. managed 21/25 in his first round, followed by a perfect straight of 25/25 and another 21/25 in his third round. On Sunday morning James shot two perfect straight of 25/25 for 50/50 to lead for the barrage finals with 117/125 (ISSF MQS). In the barrage finals  James managed 20 single barrel shot for a total of 137/150 to take the top podium position.
Brian Galea placed 2nd with 115/125 (ISSF MQS) +21=136/150
Nazzareno Attard placed 3rd with 110/125 +19 = 129/150
Jeffery Pisani placed 4th with 108/125 +19=127 /150
George Cassar placed 5th with 106/125 +20 = 126/150
Silvio Attard placed 6th with 107/125 + 16 = 123/150
The good weather conditions prevailing over the Maltese Islands this weekend engouraged better scores where four perfect straights of 25/25 were registered. Three by james galeaJr. and one by Brian Galea.
Class A 1st Jeffery Pisani 46/50, 2nd Brian Galea 46/50, 3rd Nazzareno Attard 45/50.
Class B 1st James Galea Jr. 50/50, 2nd rennie deguara 47/50, 3rd Frank Scorfna 43/50.
Class C 1st peter muscat 39/50, 2nd ray Micallef 37/50, 3rd Micheal galea 36/50.
