In pictures: Sliema v Neptunes

Sliema and Neptunes battled it out in the pool on Saturday during the last game of the preliminary round of the BOV water polo league with the final score reading 9-9. This game was also valid for the President’s Cup and extra time was played but the deadlock could not be broken with the game ending 12-12 after the two extra periods. Penalties were taken and it was Sliema who eventually took the Cup home.
