Mifsud set to join Qormi till end of this season

The Michael Mifsud saga is heading to a grand finale as the Maltese international player is about to put pen to paper on a four month contract with Qormi FC.
This website is informed that Mifsud will address a Qormi FC supporters rally which is to be organized tomorrow Friday 4th January at 8.15pm at the locality’s local council Main Hall due to the fact that the committee is expecting hundreds of people to attend this event.
Speaking to sportinmalta.com Qormi FC President Redino Apap said “Mifsud has not yet signed with us and I cannot give further comments apart from the fact that tomorrow all Qormi fans are invited to attend a rally which will be addressed by the player” .
Lately, Mifsud had talks with a number of local and foreign teams but seems that he will now wear the yellow black jersey till the end of the season.
He will play with Qormi against Birkirkara this weekend (weather permitting) and against Marsaxlokk before knowing whether he will be playing in the Relegation or the Championship Pool.
