Hi-Impact Table Tennis Academy’s burst into the scene in April 2013 and continues to go from strength to strength as it becomes a hub of table tennis activity like never seen before from any local table tennis organisation. As the third foreign coach in the span of three months is leading the summer camp, the HiTT Academy is preparing 10 boys and girls to take part in a training camp and competition in Pozice Serbia. Workshops have been ongoing and training is held nonstop morning and evening six days a week.

In the meantime Head Coach and Technical director Mario Genovese is paving the way for the fourth coach to come over to the island from Sweden in August. HiTT Academy have just launched a detailed web site full of links and information about the game of table tennis to brief enthusiasts both about the local scene and also about what’s happening internationally and within the club.

A mini cadets program has also been launched by Mario for children between the ages of 6 and 10 with head co-ordinator Katia Mifsud taking care of this special group. This is a studied program that brings about the best of the French and Swedish schools in this field.
