Miller’s non win streak has continued to extend itself after a 1-1 draw against Floriana with the latter registering their second consecutive league draw after last week’s goalless draw against leaders Valletta. It was a fair result at the end of the game in which both teams wanted to gain the full points but mid way through the second half both teams seemed to be happy with the point each.

Miller made several changes from his last game leaving Paul McManus on the bench together with Jean Paul Farrugia and Aaron Xuereb. Youngster Steve Pisani was given a starting jersey up front in a 4-1-3-2 formation. Todor Raykov on the other hand had a different idea fielding a 4-2-3-1 line up.

This was one of the few games in which Hibernians’ quantitative midfielder Zoran Levniac was not shown the yellow card. Hibs had Portuguese player Paolo Sereno making his debut in the BOV Premier League.
