Floriana Basketball Club AGM 2012

The Floriana Basketball Club Committee would like to announce that the Annual General Meeting will be held next Thursday 24th May 2012 starting at 6pm. This year the AGM will be held at the Knight’s Room at the 5 star Phoenicia Hotel in Floriana.
The committee would also like to advise that memberships for the 2012/2013 season will be accepted on the day.

Floriana Basketball Club have supporters across the island and such an announcment is important. It shows that they are a pro committee and are open to move forward and challenge the top post. Go Greens!

I believe the AGM is an internal part of any club and such an announcement concerns only their members. What is normal is that after elections, the new committee should be circulated to the Press. I would, however, say WELL DONE to the GREENS as they seem to be getting ready for the next season and that is great.
