In this meeting, the host countries meet for 2 days to conclude the calendar and receive the latest news about their organisation from members of the Executive committee. The organisers also take the opportunity to give their feedback on how these events could be improved.

In the 15th Medical Seminar, 12 of which were held in Malta, important topics in the fight in Anti-Doping and Sport Medical subjects will be discussed. The EJU Medical Commission will also meet to discuss the calendar for 2013.
