Valletta’s out of favour midfielder Dyson Falzon is set to start training with former club Mosta and is set to sign for the Blues on loan till the end of season

The 25 year old will return to his boyhood club after he left for Valletta in 2007. Mosta continued to strength the squad with the signing of striker Zakaria Kibona. The 21 year old was on the books of Finnish club Atlantis Fc.

Montenegrin outcast Nikola Bogdanovic decided to turn down Gozitan club Victoria Hotspurs’ offer and will fight for his place.

The 24 year old upset some Mosta committee members with his decision and also had a meeting with club president George Galea but failed to reach an agreement over payment terms. Bogdanovic earns 1200 euros per month and also has a bonus if Mosta avoid relegation.

First division leaders Pieta Hotspurs are interested in signing Balzan Youths’ youngster Lydon Micallef on loan till the end of the season. The under 21 international is down the pecking order after the signing of Martin Deanov and Nigerian Anthony Eviparker, and could be forced to move back with his former team mates as he is a former Hotspurs nursery player.

Balzan Youths also turned down Pieta Hotspurs’ offer for midfielder David Fenech according to Pieta coach Edmund Lufi.
