Qormi agreed contract terms with Nigerian striker Daniel Nwoke. The skillful striker is set to arrive in Malta in the coming days to meet his new teammates. The twenty seven year should be the club’s top earner after he accepted a very good offer.

Floriana spokesman said the Nigerian was free to join any club as the his contract with the Greens had expired yesterday.

Stephen Azzopardi’s squad could also be boosted as they are preparing to start talks with former Floriana goalkeeper Matthew Towns. The Englishmen was released last week after President Johann Said signed Ghanaian goalkeeper William Amamoo and Manuel Bartolo from Msida St Joseph.
