Brian Galea wins Intercontinental trap grand prix

Brian Galea was the overall winner of The Intercontinental Trap Grand Prix organized at The Qormi shooting range. This event was on 150 clays trap, 50 on Friday, 50 on Saturday and another 50 on Sunday. The top six qualified for the semi finals on 15 clays and the medal matches on another 15 clays.
Brian Galea placed 1st with 129/150 -12 – 12
James Galea Jr. placed 2nd with 136/150 – 12 – 11
George Mifsud placed 3rd with 132/150 – 10 – 12
Paul Formosa placed 4th with 134/150 – 10 – 10
Mario Zammit placed 5th with 136 – 10
Silvio Attard placed 6th with 133/150 – 9
An extra barrage final was organized for category B where,
Frank Scorfna placed 1st, carmel Mallia placed 2nd and Kevin Bonnici placed 3rd.
Top day one shooter was james Galea Jr,
Top day two and day three shooter was George Mifsud.
Frank Scorfna won the top Veteran Shooter Trophy.
Class A 1st Mario Zammit, 2nd James Galea Jr, 3rd Paul Formosa.
Class B 1st Kevin Bonnici, 2nd Carmel Mallia, 3rd Peter Muscat.
Class C 1st Charlie Demanuele, 2nd Jean Pierre Mifsud, 3rd George Grech.
